How I Can Help…

If you serve others in your professional life, it can be difficult to find space to care for yourself. Veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and others in service-oriented roles often carry high levels of responsibility, stress, and exposure to demanding environments. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, burnout, emotional strain, and difficulty slowing down.

I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults across Massachusetts, with a focus on individuals and family members impacted by the demands of service. As a licensed clinical social worker and veteran, I understand the culture, expectations, and internal pressures that often come with service-centered professions.

My Approach

My work is informed by over 20 years of experience across military service, law enforcement culture, and clinical social work with veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Our work is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. Therapy is a space to better understand your internal experience and develop practical tools that support steady, meaningful change.

Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

High-responsibility roles can create chronic stress that doesn’t simply turn off at the end of the day. You may notice irritability, sleep disruption, overthinking, emotional numbness, or difficulty transitioning between work and home life. In therapy, we work to better understand these patterns and develop practical tools to help you feel steadier and more in control.

Trauma & Emotional Regulation

Experiences in military service, law enforcement, emergency response, or healthcare settings can have a lasting impact. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we move at a pace that feels manageable, building skills to support emotional regulation and long-term resilience.

Life Transitions & Role Changes

Shifts in identity, career transitions, retirement, or changes within family systems can create uncertainty. Therapy offers a structured space to reflect, clarify values, and move forward with intention.
